We have two types of land. Plains Land and Riverside Land.

Riverside land is priced at 3,500 cedis per acre, with a minimum purchase requirement of 50 acres.

The price for Plains land is 2,500 cedis per acre, with a minimum purchase requirement of 30 acres.

The Indenture, site plan, survey records, and court registration are provided at no cost to our clients.

NOTE: We do not engage with Freehold land transactions in Ghana due to the significant challenges they pose for our clients, except when the land is owned by an individual outright rather than a family.

Instead, we offer renewable Stool Land leases for 50 years for land in our farm enclave, with all agreements formally signed and sealed by the Agogo Chief. This process guarantees that our clients receive the appropriate and proper documentation. At Naxtics, we make farming easy!

IMPORTANT NOTE: We charge a refundable fuel fee of 700 cedis to transport prospective clients from Kumasi to view the land in our vehicle. This fee is credited back to the client upon purchase.
